Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery across India takes 3–5 business days. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad) may receive orders in 2–3 days.
Yes! All orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping across India. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹99.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp (if provided). You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is something we're actively working towards — sign up to our newsletter to be notified when it's available.
Our Products
We use a proprietary blend of coconut wax and soy wax. This blend burns cleaner than paraffin, has a longer burn time, and provides excellent fragrance throw. It is also biodegradable and sustainably sourced.
Our candles use lead-free cotton wicks and phthalate-free fragrance oils. However, we always recommend burning candles out of reach of children and pets, in ventilated spaces, and never leaving a burning candle unattended.
For the first burn, allow the wax to melt to the full edge of the vessel (approximately 2–3 hours). This prevents tunnelling. Trim your wick to 5mm before each subsequent burn. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Keep away from draughts and flammable surfaces.
Our 300g candles burn for 60–80 hours depending on the fragrance and environmental conditions. Following our candle care instructions will help you achieve the full burn time.
Returns & Payments
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective products. Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please see our full Return Policy for details.
We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay — UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and EMI options on select cards. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
If your payment failed, please check with your bank first. If the amount was debited but you didn't receive a confirmation, please contact us at hello@gracehomecandles.in with your order details and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
