IMPORTANT: Candles are inherently dangerous and involve fire. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with their use. Grace Home Candles, its owners, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or loss of life, resulting from the use or misuse of our products. You agree to strictly follow the safety instructions provided.
2. Safety & Proper Use
Warning: Candles are a fire hazard. By purchasing our products, you agree to follow all safety instructions provided with the product and on our Site. Grace Home Candles is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
- Always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting.
- Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time.
- Stop use when only 1/2 inch of wax remains.
- Keep the wax pool free of debris.
2. Products & Pricing
All products listed on our Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you complete checkout.
Artisanal Nature: Our candles are hand-poured. Minor imperfections, variations in color, texture, or "frosting" are natural characteristics of natural wax blends. These are not defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds. We make every effort to display product colors and textures accurately, but cannot guarantee exact representation on your screen.
3. Ordering & Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
Please note that for custom orders or bulk inquiries, the transaction is finalized only after manual confirmation and payment verification via our official WhatsApp channel or email.
Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and other methods made available at checkout. By providing payment details, you confirm you are authorised to use that payment method.
In the event of a pricing error on our Site, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund. We will notify you before taking such action.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India only. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days, though delays may occur due to logistics, weather, or force majeure events beyond our control.
Free shipping applies to orders of ₹999 or above. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping fee of ₹99. Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.
Please provide accurate and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us at hello@gracehomecandles.in. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return upon delivery (subject to our Return Policy).
6. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for damaged or defective products within 7 days of delivery. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details, including how to initiate a return and eligible conditions.
Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect scent selection, or subjective fragrance preferences.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product descriptions, and design — is the intellectual property of Grace Home Candles and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from our Site without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
