We want your Grace Home Candles to arrive beautifully, safely, and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your pin code, please contact us at hello@gracehomecandles.in before placing your order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving cleared payment. Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST on Saturday will be processed the following Monday.

During peak periods (festivals, sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days. We will communicate any delays via email.

3. Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 2–3 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 3–5 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 5–7 business days

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery timelines may be affected by logistics delays, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹999: Free shipping
  • Orders below ₹999: Flat fee of ₹99

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

5. Packaging

All Grace Home Candles are packed with great care. Each order includes:

  • Archival tissue wrapping for each candle
  • Our signature rigid gift box (or a branded shipping box for larger orders)
  • Protective cushioning to prevent transit damage
  • A care card with candle burning instructions
  • A personalised note (if requested at checkout)

We use recyclable and minimal packaging wherever possible, in keeping with our sustainability values.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • A dispatch confirmation email with tracking details
  • A WhatsApp notification (if your phone number was provided)

You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your order on the courier's website. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

7. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Recipient not available to receive the package (after multiple attempts)
  • Refusal of delivery

If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

  • Check with neighbours, security, or other household members
  • Wait 24 hours as some carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely
  • Contact us at hello@gracehomecandles.in with your order number

We will coordinate with our logistics partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

9. Courier Partners

We work with reputed courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and BlueDart. The courier assigned to your order depends on your delivery location and product weight. We do not offer a choice of courier at this time.
